Accessibility statement
A movement that says talent should rise from anywhere cannot build a site that only some people can use.

What we are aiming for
We are working to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. We have not yet had an independent audit against it, so treat this as a statement of effort and current state, not a certificate.
What the site does today
- Every page starts with a skip link straight to the main content.
- Headings run in order, without skipped levels, so screen reader navigation works.
- Everything is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline on each control.
- A larger-text control raises the base size across the site.
- A high-contrast mode replaces the imagery with solid colour and strengthens every border.
- A reduce-motion control removes animation and transitions, and the site also honours the reduced-motion setting in your operating system automatically.
- Your choices are remembered in your browser between visits.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- The layout reflows to narrow screens and to zoom without a horizontal scrollbar.
Where it falls short
Naming these is more useful than claiming they do not exist.
- Translation is partial
- The language selector translates the navigation and the accessibility controls. The body of every page is still English. We would rather say so than pretend otherwise, and full translation is work we still owe you.
- No independent audit yet
- Our conformance claim rests on our own testing. An external review has not happened.
- Long charter pages
- The plan and learn pages are dense and deeply nested. They are navigable, but they demand stamina. We are working on summaries.
